Jason and I have been living in Oceanside since mid January. We are living with his parents and his two brothers...its a full house, but its going great and we are really enjoying our time here. We really appreciate all that Jay's parents are doing for us. I am STILL looking for a job but I feel that the perfect opportunity is just around the corner, so keep your fingers crossed for me:) I have been spending my days looking for new job opportunities and sending out resumes. But outside of the job search I have been gardening with Jason's mom, spending time with friends in Temecula, and watching Monk daily with Jason's little brother:) I have been enjoying the break from working but I am ready to have a job again and have a steady income! We do miss having our own place..so that is what we are looking forward to once we are making enough money to be out on our own again!
As for Jason...he goes to the Commissary (a super big grocery store) on Camp Pendleton every evening and stocks certain products with his Mom, Dad, and brother Tyler. His parents have accounts with different vendors at the store such as Arrowhead Water, Nestle, and some beauty products... Jason has also been working Saturdays with his dad at the recycling center on base. He will hopefully be full time there by the end of the month. He took the winter and summer semesters off from school but he will be starting back in the Fall at Mira Costa, here in O-Side.
Some of Jason's favorite things to do are go to shows of his fave bands with his friends, play call of duty 4 on his xbox live, discover new music on the net, sleep, and spend as much time as he can with his amazing wife...haha jk he has no say what I write on here! Oh and he also loves the beach, as do I!
The beach and being near friends and family are the best part of living here in Oceanside! I could go on and on in this blog...but I guess I should leave some for next time:)

Hey Jeni girl,
I like your blog. Derek's family has had a blog for a year now where we all write in and share what's going on with our Families. When we moved to Texas last July, I started one just for us so that I could update my family and friends on whats going on. It's pretty fun. I get sucked in when I update it and spend hours dressing it up. You should check us out. We are at:

Oh yeah I guess our biggest news is that we are moving back to California at the end of July. We miss it more than we thought we would and we are very excited to be going home. Plus, I would rather baby Jack be a surfer instead of a cowboy!
Hey J & J..just wanted to say that I truly am happy you guys are closer now that my cute boy is leaving for a long, long, long time :( I will have friends to keep me busy. I love the page so far and cant wait to get the update (even though I text Jeni erryday) I still like to put my thoughts down. I hope that you get a jobby job soon and that J will get a huge star for employee of the month & maybe a picture on the wall for the world to see..lol (thinking out loud: maybe I can make a shirt or a button)
Anywho, love you guys and miss ya tons!
See ya Sat.
Love Weezy
Ok, I see that you have caught the blog bug. I like your background and all of the pictures that you added! Did you get sucked in for long periods of time like I do when I play around with our blog? Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the Wizard of Oz story was all Derek. I don't want to steal any of his thunder. He sat down and did it all on his own. Well its good to have another blogging buddy. We'll keep checking up on you. Love, Em
Hi love!!! I am so glad I have another friend in the blog universe. I love your page and all the fun pictures. Dave and I seriously lack in that department. We just never think to take pictures. Anyway miss you and love you tons :-)
